My LL House Rules

BAB will be used from 3.x.
Fighters BAB is equal to their Level+1.
Elves, Dwarves & Halflings are equal to their Level.
Thieves & Clerics are equal to 3/4 Level.
Magic-Users ar equal to 1/2 Level.

Thieves will get 45 points to spend on Skills at 1st level.

Rangers will get 15 points.

Dwarves can Find & Remove Traps with a roll of 1 on D6 & can Hide in Shadows on a 1 on D6.

Magic-Users have Darkvision & our Surprised only by a roll of 1 on D8.

Halflings can Move Silently with a roll of 1 on D6 & their chance to Hide in Shadows is increased to 3 on D6 & is not limited to being underground.
